- Cumin
- Red chili

How To Make Flavorful Indian Spice Mix?
- Take a glass bowl. Mix 4 tbsp coriander powder, 2 tbsp cumin powder, 4 tbsp turmeric powder, 3 tbsp red chili powder, 2 tbsp curry powder, 1-2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, and 1 tbsp black pepper powder.
- Mix all the ingredients well with a spoon.
- Take a tightly sealed glass container and wipe it with a clean cloth. Make sure there is no moisture or any water droplets in the container.
- Transfer all the spice mix from the bowl to the glass container and tightly close its lid.
- Store it in a cool and dry place.
Chef Tip: You can either get garam masala from the market or prepare it at home. Homemade garam masala is more preferred for an enticing spice mix. For garam masala, take 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 cloves, 2 tablespoon coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, and 4-5 green cardamom. Dry roast all the spices in a thick pan and let it cool. Blend all the roasted spices to a fine powder.
