  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Kimchi juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - ½ tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Scallion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

A one-pot meal loaded with flavour!

  1. Heat a wok on medium heat, add the vegetable oil, and make sure to spread the oil around to season the wok.
  2. Add the garlic, sauté it for 10-15 seconds, add the bacon bits. Stir until half cooked.
  3. Add the kimchi and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
  4. Now, it’s time to add the rice. Make sure the grains are not stuck together. Then, add the kimchi juice and mix everything well.
  5. Finally, add the sesame oil and mix.
  6. In a frying pan, fry your eggs the way you like them. We recommend serving them sunny side up.
  7. Now, serve your fried rice in a bowl with a fried egg on top of each serving. Garnish with the scallions.
