  2. Heat your grill at a high temperature. Then, put 2 tablespoons of oil on both sides of the steaks and liberally season it with the available ingredients, mainly pepper and salt.
  3. Put the steaks on the grill and cook each side for 5 minutes or until it turns golden-brown in color and a little charred.
  4. Keep turning the steaks from time to time and continue grilling them at 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Do so for 5-6 minutes until the steaks are well done.
  6. Next, place all your steaks on a cutting board, tent it loosely with a foil, and keep it for a few more minutes.
  7. Finally, you can cut them into slices and start serving.

Chef Tip: You can opt for a steak that maintains consistent thickness carrying some intramuscular fat inside it. It would help you get an additional flavor and feel juicy. You can baste the steaks in herbs and butter during the final stages of cooking.

To the salt, you can also use other seasonings like chopped herbs, including sage, rosemary, or thyme, to make it a flavourful salt for your steak.
