This veggie juice recipe is so flavorsome that you want to have it on a daily basis. It is even safe for people suffering from diabetes as veggie juice has very less amount of sugar and also has fibers.

  • 2 cut beetroots
  • 4 cut carrots
  • Bunch of spinach
  • Bunch of celery
  • 1 small lemon or lime
  • 1 big cucumber
  • 10-15 mint leaves
  • Pinch of pink salt as per taste

  1. Peel the beetroots, cucumber, and carrots and cut them in quarter size. Clean the green vegetables by removing their stalks, or you can keep them as per your choice. 
  2. Now put them in a juicer and blend them well. If you don't have a juicer, you can blend all the ingredients in a blender and sieve the juice.
  3. Put it in a glass tumbler and squeeze some lime on it. 
  4. Finally, add some pink salt as per taste and enjoy.

Chef Tip: You can mix and match with all the above ingredients like you can make a healthy ABC juice by blending Apple, beetroot, and carrot, and sometimes you can blend just greens with cucumber for extra hydration.

Vegetable juice can be a healthy alternative to fruit juice which generally has high sugar content. It may not be as delicious as fruit juice but can help you to get the usual recommendation of 2 cups of vegetables in a day in one glass.
