  • Big juicy Washington apples or any fresh apple
  • Honey
  • Dates
  • Cinnamon
  • Your choice of milk

The perfect autumn blend for all shake lovers!

  1. Peel 2 big apples and cut them into small pieces after removing the seeds.
  2. Put all the pieces of apples, 1 tablespoon honey, some deseeded dates, a dash of cinnamon, and 0.5 liters of any milk of your choice into a blender. Adding dates and cinnamon gives a nice distinct flavor to it and adds thick consistency to the shake.
  3. Blend it at high speed for 1 minute. Voilà! Your thick shake is ready!
  4. Pour it in a glass and garnish it with sliced almonds or blueberries.
  5. You can add a layer of creamy foam to your shake and make it more creamy. You may also use ice cubes if you want your shake to be thicker and more cooling.

Chef Tip: If you don't remove the seeds from the apple properly, the shake is likely to taste bitter. It is always advised to de-seed the apples properly before adding them to the blender. Apple honey-thick shakes can be made with dairy milk. However, it is advised not to mix it with dairy milk since dairy and apple don't go well. You can substitute dairy milk with frozen greek yogurt.
