The perfect summer coffee-house-treat made at home

How to make Frappe Coffee:

  1. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and let it cool down completely. Add milk, sugar, lots of ice, and coffee mixture to a blender and blend till you get a creamy frappe.
  2. Alternatively, you can add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake until you get yummy, frothy frappe.
  3. Take a little chocolate syrup in a spoon and move it diagonally up from the inside of the glass. This will make it seem like you have the frappe at a coffee house. Pour your frappe coffee into this glass. Garnish it with some chocolate shavings or grate a small cube of chocolate over the glass.

Chef Tip: Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream while blending or shaking the frappe to get a smoother, thicker, and even yummier Frappe Coffee. Use whole milk instead of skimmed milk and add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk to get a thicker frappe. Serve it chilled with a dollop of cream on top to make it irresistible.
