If you’re looking for a cafe-like shot of espresso at home, then you have to try this easy espresso recipe. Although it needs to be refrigerated overnight, it’ll take you only a couple of minutes to put it together. The best part is that you can make any coffee of your liking.

List of ingredients: 

  • Espresso Beans - ½ cup
  • Water- 2 cups

Directions:

  1. Grind the espresso beans either in a coffee grinder or a food processor till it becomes a fine powder. 
  2. Mix the powdered espresso beans with the water in a jar. Cover it and refrigerate it for 12 hours or overnight. 
  3. Once 12 hours are up, strain the coffee through a muslin bag, muslin cloth, or cheesecloth. 
  4. You can heat the espresso on the stove or in a microwave. Or you can drink it cold, use it to make a latte, cappuccino, or any other variation of coffee.
