This zingy, berry-infused punch recipe is great for Christmas, New Year, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties or any holiday gatherings. Here’s an easy recipe with a few ingredients that tastes delicious and is a big hit! The addition of ice cubes offers another dimension.

  • 30g Fresh Raspberries
  • 30g Fresh Blueberries
  • 60g Fresh Strawberries
  • 350 ml Chilled Cranberry Juice
  • 2 Limes
  • 300 ml Club Soda
  • Ice Cubes

Here’s how you can make light and refreshing berry punch for any special occasion.

  1.  Pick the raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, and gently rinse in a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Take one lime and cut it into two halves. Squeeze juice. Add to the berry punch bowl.
  3. Add chilled cranberry juice and chilled soda to it. Refrigerate the punch bowl for at least 1 hour. Do not forget to cover it. It allows flavours to seep into the punch.
  4. Thinly slice the other lime. You can cut these into small pieces too. Stir them through the berry punch. Add ice cubes. Serve immediately.

Chef Tip: If you have enough time for the celebration, let the berries get infused in juices and club soda for at least 24 hours. The longer the soaking time, the more delicious and refreshing the punch is. If you can grab some blackberries, add them to the punch recipe. For an alcoholic berry punch, while serving, add some wine/vodka and ginger ale for a refreshing kick!

If you are looking for a refreshing and energetic welcome drink for your party at home, you will find this recipe too good to resist. A glass of berry punch with alcohol (wine/vodka) can be called a “grown-up version”. It makes just the perfect drink even for a home date night or Valentine’s Day. What do you say?
