  • 100 gm mushrooms (for 1-2 servings)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 0.5 liters of chicken or vegetable stock
  • 25 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 stick of celery
  • Salt for taste
  • Grounded pepper

A warm bowl of comfort!

  1. Brush mushrooms and slice off the lower part of the base stalk of each mushroom, then chop it in half or quarters or slice it thinly.
  2. Chop the parsley stalks finely and pound the thyme leaves.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Mince the onion, celery, garlic, and add onions, celery, garlic, and mushrooms to the saucepan and cook until softened.
