How To Make Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings?

  1. Take a bowl and mix together ½ cup flour, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Now, take a glass dish and place 10 chicken wings in it. Pour the flour mixture over the chicken wings.
  3. Make sure that the chicken wings are evenly coated with the mixture. Cover the lid and place it in the fridge for 60-90 minutes.
  4. Take a deep pan and heat oil to 375 degrees. Now, take out the chicken wings from the fridge and fry them one by one on medium flame.
  5. Fry the chicken wings for 10-15 minutes until they turn golden and are completely cooked from the inside.
  6. Heat a saucepan. Put butter, hot sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder. Slowly stir the mixture until the sauce starts to boil and thickens.
  7. Now, pour the sauce into the fried chicken wings.
  8. Serve them hot with some salad.
