1. We see you working all day long, what’s the secret behind your energy?

Well, I listen to a lot of music while I go around the kitchen cleaning and that keeps me on my toes. Also, I love keeping everything spick and span, it makes me so happy to see what I have done and boy, that’s like a happy drug! And nobody gets tired when they do things they love – this is what I believe in.

2. What is the first thing that you do on a day off?

The first thing I do is, prepare an omelette with fresh veggies and herbs, and make myself a hot cup of coffee. Then I relax and watch a movie or documentary on animals or travels because I love them! Sometimes I go hopping from one street food truck to another, I just love food. And also, I try out recipes that I have learnt from our Chefs (with a twist of my taste in it, of course). Good perks of working in a restaurant, huh?

3. Tell us one thing we don’t know about you?

It’s a tough one, but I am gonna tell you two of my secrets today. First thing, I have a YouTube channel! I mean, it’s something that I want to keep private from my close friends until I hit a certain point. For now, I’ve posted two or three videos but a new vlog showcasing my short trip may be coming soon!

The second thing, I’ve got a serious addiction to cheese puffs! Believe me, I am like a cat and its bowl of milk; I could eat them every single day of my life without getting bored or tired of it. Haha, I know I am a cheese puff raccoon!

4. Have you cooked before in the restaurant?

Well, not intentionally when you have world-class chefs in the restaurant, but I have cooked. It was at the beginning of my career; I was cleaning the floor near the soup station and well, it smelled delicious. But then I spilled half the pot and I feared that I would be thrown out from my job. So, I did my experiments and it turned out great. But Nicole understood that it wasn’t what she cooked and caught me! She was sweet enough to tell me that it was yummy and also gave me some suggestions to improve. Also, told me not to do this stunt during the peak hours of the restaurant. That was a bittersweet day! 

5. Tell us your biggest obsession.

Currently, I am obsessed with Instagram Reel dance trends! I love how people dance and make merry with popular and wacky dance moves and believe me, I have tried it too. I might not be a great dancer, but boy, I have enjoyed it these past months very much!
