VIP is an exclusive feature available for payers in Star Chef 2. Enjoy exclusive benefits and perks when your VIP time is active. There’s more to it. Now you can sign up for our new VIP email program – developed particularly for you. The benefits of signing up:
- Newsletters: Be the first to know about new features and updates.
- Exclusive Discounts: Gain access to the special offers and discounts that will be delivered to your email inbox.
Criteria to receive the email:
- You should be a current or past VIP member.
- You should have signed up by providing us with a valid email ID and verify the same – if you have not done it before, you can do it now in the VIP feature.
- You should have ticked off the ‘receive newsletters from us’ option during the sign-up for our emails to reach you. If you have not already done it, you can sign up again via the settings -> ‘change VIP email’ option and give in your email again.. only this time, make sure your ‘newsletter’ option is checked off.
How do you claim the gift code:
- Keep an eye out for any emails from Star Chef 2.
- Once you receive one with a gift code, copy and paste the gift code to avoid any manual errors.
- Launch your game and open the VIP feature and choose the “Redeem Gift” option and paste your code there.
- Sit back and enjoy your rewards, and make sure to stay tuned for the next one.
- We send the gift codes once every fortnight at the moment, this is temporary and is just to give you an idea, so you don’t miss the emails.
When do you get the gift in your email?
The gift codes are sent to all VIP members at the same time and do not get triggered if and when you make a purchase.
