We've recently implemented a new function for VIP players called "Redeem Gift Code." If you chose to receive Star Chef 2's newsletters/promotional emails during the VIP email registration process, you will receive the code for that email. If the email is not in your primary inbox, you might check the spam or promotions folder.
Since the code is case-sensitive, you can try copying and pasting the code directly from the email to the game if you encounter any difficulties entering it or if the game indicates that it is invalid.
If you have subscribed to the newsletter but have not received the code, please contact the player support team using the in-game support option.
Note: The Gift code will be distributed at random, and you will not receive it after making a purchase within the game.
