When a Friend requests for Help in Dock orders, you will be notified of the same at the Chef Circle. 

To help, visit your Friend's Restaurant and go to the Dock. Tap on the Help icon to see the Crates that are waiting to be filled. Tap on the crate with the Help icon to fill it.
