Once the Boat arrives with empty Crates you need to fill up the empty Crates using items like Crops and Dishes based on what is being asked in each Crate.

You can gather, collect or prepare various items and fill each of the empty Crates with required items. You also have an option to buy and fill the missing items using Cash. Additionally, you can use Supply Assists to fill the crates as well.
